I launched a new series this week called Business (and Personal) Growth Strategies! Why? In my engagements with people around the world I have come to understand that:

We cannot build a business bigger than who we are! Our businesses are extensions of our true identity!

There is so much to unpack with this statement. In working with my coaching clients I have quickly realized that how you see yourself, how you see others and how you see the world would drive the decisions you make everyday in your business.

Also:

  • Your mindset will keep you bound or set you free!
  • Limiting beliefs will stop you from pursuing opportunities
  • Lake of awareness of your personal SWOT - Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Treats will derail your attempt to fly
  • The vision you hold must be clear
  • The Plan to drive the execution of the vision must be backed with resources and right skillset
  • Your lack of willingness to pay the price for success will surely lead to lack of progress

  --- Increasing non-oil exports from Africa is a top priority for most African countries and the African diaspora has a role to play in ensuring that these commodities and products enter new markets such as the U.S. and Canada.
