Foreign Aid versus Foreign Trade

Everyone is aware of the "opportunities" and potential of African Trade and Investment but not everyone has the skillset required to become a part of it!

Many with current roles and responsibilities to drive trade and investment for their regions are either falling behind or "frozen in sit" i.e. waiting for what they need to arrive at their doorsteps versus taking bold and active step to pursue trade and investment partnerships. This has given rise to an imbalance towards dependency on Foreign Aid.

Due to post Covid-19 economic recovery, global competition to secure trade and investment opportunities is at an all time high. Africa is therefore competing with the rest of the world and must shift from FOREIGN AID to FOREIGN TRADE. Effective Trade and Investment Facilitation must be prioritized.
